New equipment to use for shoulders and triceps

I spoke before about my gym replaceing some equipment. Well they took away a hammer streigth shoulder press machine now Im pissed. They replace it with a similer machine but the hand grips are not in the same position and the seat is kind of reclined back and it just isn't doing the same job as the hammer stregth machine. Im all for moving forward but at the same time if it's not broke don't fix it. Any one else had a similar problem but found a solution email me thegymenthusiast@gmail.com blog you later.
